After serving 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, I went on to lead and support national EEO and DEI initiatives, working with organizations including NASA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. My work has focused on strengthening leadership capability, improving workplace culture, and driving measurable organizational outcomes.
