I’m Chris Moore — organizational consultant, executive coach, and certified master facilitator with over 25 years of experience helping leaders and teams perform at a higher level.

After serving 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, I went on to lead and support national EEO and DEI initiatives, working with organizations including NASA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. My work has focused on strengthening leadership capability, improving workplace culture, and driving measurable organizational outcomes.

I bring a practical, results-driven approach to every engagement—combining facilitation, data-driven insights, and real-world leadership experience to help organizations move from intention to execution.
